In a special one night only event, PHIT welcomes back one Philly's favorite improv duos- Hot Dog! Hot Dog is comprised of PHIT alumns Luke Field and Jessica Ross, both former PHIT house team members, that have gone on to do great things in New York and Los Angeles. Tonight they reunite for the first time at PHIT since 2014!

HEADLINE ACT
HOT DOG (Jessica Ross and Luke Field) is an award winning improv duo featuring Luke Field and Jess Ross. They came up with the name while they were eating hot dogs. They explore a wide range of characters that go from absurd to neurotic to heart-breaking and everywhere in between. Expect to see big emotions and strong relationships - all thrown in a bun for one tasty show.

ABOUT JESSICA ROSS
Jessica Ross is a writer at CollegeHumor and has written for NBC's Red Nose Day and Beth Appel's The Mess. She is thrilled to a writer on the UCB Maude Team, Bombardier and one of the new hosts of "Let's Table This". She is a former member the Mess Hall teams Cool Jerk and Shadowfax. She's studied improv and sketch at UCB NY & LA, Second City, IO Chicago and IO West. Before moving to LA, she lived in Philadelphia where she performed regularly with the PHIT house team Asteroid! and improv duo Hot Dog with partner, Luke Field. She was also a member of PHIT's first sketch house team, The Flat Earth, and Philly's all female sketch group, ManiPedi. She has participated in improv festivals across the country including Chicago, New York, and Boston. Jessica has studied with Neil Casey, Will Hines, Johnny Meeks, Brandon Gardner, Kate Riley, Eric Scott, Kevin Pedersen, Kevin McDonald, Craig Cackowski, Rich Talarico, Jet Eveleth, Joe Bill, and Susan Messing.

ABOUT LUKE FIELD
Luke Field is a writer/actor based in New York City and currently works as a writer at CollegeHumor. He performs weekly at the UCB NY Theater on the Harold team Mermaids. Other UCB stage credits include UCB Touring Company, Strife: An Improvised Theatrical Experience, This Show Will Get a Cease and Desist, A Big Dumb Thing and a multitude of bizarre midnight shows where he frequently winds up covered in fake blood or ranch dressing. Luke has been performing improv and sketch since 2010 and has the pleasure of participating in improv festivals across the country. He got his start at the Philly Improv Theater, performing with the PHIT house team Asteroid! and the improv duo Hot Dog with partner Jessica Ross. He was also a writer/performer for PHIT's first sketch house team, The Flat Earth and was a writer for the Philadelphia Fringe show Alley of Nightmares in 2013.  Bring up horror movies and he will gladly talk for days on the subject!
