In sleepy Grand Forks. ND, there's a little bit of crime, from time to time. And when that happens, a few officers need to get woken up, trudge out in the cold, assess the situation, and then wait. They wait for a long, long time. They redirect traffic around the scene. They wait. Was it an accident or a murder? They keep waiting. Maybe someone will bring a box of coffee. What do they talk about while they wait?
