ABOUT ABOUT

Frankenstein is a famously mad scientist who put together a monster using assorted parts. In this spirit, host Frank Farrell (Big Baby, Study Hall, Dyad) is looking to assemble his own, weird improvisational comedy creations. Each show two of Philadelphia's finest independent teams will perform completely made up shows, followed by a set featuring Frank and a favorite friend. It all culminates in a show cast on the spot, built by audience members bringing to life the mad dreams and wishes of the benevolent host. Bwahahaha!

Tonight's Frankenstein Features performances by Zoo Balloon and The Brew!

ABOUT ZOO BALLOON
Zoo Balloon is a wacky, high-energy Armando team comprised of some particularly attractive members of the PHIT community. Much like the actual zoo balloon, we are rotund, family-friendly, and full of warm, gaseous air. Unlike the actual zoo balloon, we desperately seek your laughter and validation.

ABOUT THE BREW
The Brew combines members of Angry People Building Things, 8 time Philly Improv Cagematch winners, with Women With Class, the all female improv company. The Brew performs long form narrative that explores the world of a collection of unusual characters as we follow their exploits scene to scene weaving an unpredictable comedic soap opera. Loosely based on the La Ronde, The Brew's format expands the possibilities of the extended universe of the improvised characters.
